What’s great and what’s not

Fantastic location! ! Close to beaches and main attractions. The room was comfortable with a delightful view of the gardens, and breakfast offered lots of variety, setting us up nicely for the day.

The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired. it felt quite mediocre. there were occasional delays at the bar, making it frustrating to grab a drink during peak hours.

The entertainment team was fantastic, especially Rica and Daniella, who got the kids involved and even added some fun to the adult activities without being pushy.

The food options were quite limited, leading us to eat out more often than anticipated.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from attractions and the beach. The staff was welcoming, with a special mention for the lunch chef who provided exceptional service. the food quality was disappointing. breakfast was poor, and lunch options often consisted of lukewarm hot dogs and burgers. The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to uncomfortable nights for the family. Although the room was spacious, the view was less than ideal.

Nice stay but some bumps

We had a fun stay with the kids! The kids loved the entertainment activities. The pool area was chill, and the staff at the bar were super friendly. Breakfast was good overall, but the coffee could definitely be better. Just wish the elevators were quicker—many times it felt like we were waiting forever!

The proximity to tasty local spots like Thai Salou and Uncle Sam's was a bonus—quick bites were never a hassle. Plus, the spacious corner room with a massive balcony was the cherry on top!

Now, not all was peachy. The air conditioning struggled like a bad driver on a rocky road, and there were only a handful of snacks with quality that could've used a serious upgrade. Having to hike to the back for the lift was a bit of a trek—we nearly got lost after a long day!

Just returned from a delightful stay at Ponient Piramide Salou! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were super helpful, especially Rozalin! Great family entertainment with our kids loving the foam parties. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape after a day of exploring. Outstanding variety in the meals kept us all satisfied. a fantastic family vacation!
